Where can I find birthday candles that put off a yellow/white spark?

I am planning a birthday party and she wants candles that put off a “yellow/white spark”. She told me to google it but I can’t find anything like that. Can anyone tell me what I am looking for and where to get them? I am in Oklahoma by the way.

Is it rude that when someone is about to blow out their birthday candles, I cough hard so their candles go out?

I usually wait until the birthday girl/boy take that deep inhaling breath, then I make my move. They tend to get quite upset, which I truly don’t understand why. I used to sneeze hard in order to make their birthday candles go out, but that lead to an altercation.

Are they just overreacting and rude?
